Custom Orthotics

Support built
for your feet alone.

Every foot is different. A custom orthotic is a prescription device — designed from a precise scan of your foot and your gait pattern — that corrects the biomechanical imbalances causing your pain. No two are alike.

Understanding Custom Orthotics

Precision biomechanical support — not a generic insert.

Custom orthotics are medical devices, not store-bought insoles. They are prescribed, fabricated, and fitted by a specialist using an individualized analysis of your foot structure and movement.

A custom orthotic is a prescription insole fabricated from a 3D scan or impression of your foot, combined with a detailed biomechanical assessment of how you walk. It is designed to place your foot in the optimal alignment for your specific anatomy — correcting overpronation, redistributing pressure, and reducing the mechanical stress causing your pain.

The conditions that respond to custom orthotics are diverse: plantar fasciitis, flat feet, bunions, hammertoes, Achilles tendinopathy, Morton's neuroma, and diabetic foot management all benefit when the biomechanical driver of the problem is corrected. Orthotics address the cause, not just the symptom.

Diagnosis & Treatment

Precise diagnosis. Personalized care.

Orthotic prescription begins with a gait analysis — watching you walk on a force plate or pressure mat identifies exactly where your foot is overloading. A 3D scan or foam box impression captures your foot's precise shape in the corrected position we want the orthotic to maintain.

The prescription is sent to a lab where the device is fabricated to your specifications. At fitting, we verify the orthotic achieves the intended biomechanical correction and fits comfortably in your footwear. Follow-up ensures adaptation and allows fine adjustments.

01 · Gait Analysis

Gait & Biomechanical Analysis

A pressure plate gait analysis and clinical examination identify exactly where your foot is under stress and what correction is needed to address it.

02 · Scanning

3D Foot Scanning

A digital 3D scan captures the precise geometry of your foot in the prescribed corrected position — the foundation of a truly individualized orthotic.

03 · Fabrication

Custom Fabrication

Your prescription is sent to a specialized orthotics lab where the device is fabricated in the material, rigidity, and form appropriate for your condition and activities.

04 · Fitting

Fitting & Follow-Up

At fitting we confirm biomechanical correction, comfort, and compatibility with your footwear. Follow-up appointments allow adjustments as you adapt to the new support.
